Using Surveyor
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the platform only for lawful research and data-collection purposes.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of your surveys, obtaining necessary consent, protecting respondent rights, and complying with privacy, research-ethics, and communications laws that apply to your work.
Subscriptions and limits
Plans include stated limits for responses, members, storage, and other resources. Fees are billed in advance and plan changes take effect according to the billing terms shown at purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not use Surveyor to collect unlawful content, distribute malware, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another workspace without permission.
Your data
You retain ownership of your survey content and response data. You grant Surveyor the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that information while providing the service.
Service availability
We work to keep Surveyor reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the platform develops, with reasonable notice for material changes.
