Pricing FAQ
What counts as a response?
A response counts when a respondent submits a survey. In-progress sessions do not reduce your monthly allowance.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade as your research grows or move to a lower tier at the next billing period.
Do unused responses roll over?
Monthly response allowances reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Is field collection included?
Mobile-friendly field collection is available across plans. Advanced offline enumerator tooling will be included in Business.
Do you offer academic or NGO pricing?
Yes. Contact us with your institution and project details for eligible research and social-impact pricing.
What does unlimited surveys mean?
Professional and Business plans do not impose a standard survey-count limit, but fair-use safeguards still protect platform performance.
