Pricing FAQ
Is Monthly a real monthly payment?
Yes. Starter is ₦5,000 charged each month and Professional is ₦15,000 charged each month. Annual is a separate upfront payment of ₦50,000 or ₦150,000 for the full year.
What counts as a response?
A response counts when a respondent submits a survey. In-progress sessions do not reduce your monthly allowance.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Request a plan change from workspace billing and the team will confirm the effective date before your next charge.
Do unused responses roll over?
Monthly response allowances reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
How do response packs work?
A response pack is a one-time purchase that adds credits to your workspace. Your monthly allowance is used first, pack credits do not expire, and purchasing a pack does not unlock features from a higher plan.
Does fieldwork work offline?
Yes, on Professional and Organization. Open the survey once while connected; Surveyor then keeps drafts and completed submissions on the device and syncs the queue after reconnecting.
Do you offer academic or NGO pricing?
The public self-service plans are available to everyone. Project-based academic and NGO offers are being evaluated and are not advertised as purchasable until their limits and one-time billing are enforced in the product.
What does unlimited surveys mean?
Professional and Organization plans do not impose a standard active-survey count, while fair-use and response allowances still protect platform performance.
