Ask about relevance, facilitation, confidence before and after, intended application, barriers, and support needs. A later follow-up can assess whether new knowledge changed practice.
Keep immediate reaction, learning checks, application evidence, and programme outcomes distinct. Use participant identifiers only when follow-up requires them and the purpose has been explained.
